TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SIMPLEFIN, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).
IN ALL CASES, SIMPLEFIN, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
Privacy and Copyright Protection
You shall not and shall not allow any third party to, either directly or indirectly:
undertake reverse engineering, decryption, decompiling, decoding, disassembling, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code to SimpleFIN Bridge;
remove, delete or obliterate any copyright notices, proprietary labels or private legends placed upon or found within SimpleFIN Bridge or any duplicates thereof;
engage in any acts with SimpleFIN Bridge that mars, interferes, destroys, or accesses in an illegitimate fashion the servers, network connectivity, or other aspects or services of any third party; and
encourage use of SimpleFIN Bridge or information offered through SimpleFIN Bridge in any way in encouragement of felonious or other illegal acts.
